• Domestic Shipping: Currently, direct purchases made through the Diamos.in website are exclusively available for domestic delivery within India.
• International Inquiries: We gladly cater to our international clientele. We will personally assist you with international payment processing, insured global transit, and customs logistics.

To maintain our rigorous quality standards, our dispatch timelines vary based on the nature of your purchase:

• In-Stock Inventory (24-48 Hours): All loose diamonds, loose gemstones, and ready-to-wear in-stock jewelry pieces are processed, securely packaged, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Made-to-Order & Bespoke Jewelry (14-21 Days): Excellence takes time. For all custom, bespoke, and made-to-order jewelry, our master artisans require between 2 to 3 weeks (14 to 21 days) to cast, set, polish, and certify your piece. This timeline ensures that the final product meets our pristine quality standards before it leaves our facility.

We are pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all domestic orders.

• Your purchase is fully insured by Created Gems from the moment it leaves our facility until the moment a signature is collected at your delivery address.
• Once the package is signed for and delivered, the liability and risk of loss transfer entirely to the purchaser.

Due to the high-value nature of our products, we have implemented strict receiving protocols to protect both the client and the brand from transit disputes.

• Pre-Receipt Inspection: Before signing for the delivery, you must visually inspect the outer packaging. If the package appears damaged, crushed, tampered with, or if the security tape is broken, do not accept or sign for the package. Refuse the delivery immediately and contact our customer service team.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To assist us in the rare event of a missing item, transit damage, or a discrepancy, customers are required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the jewelry being removed. Failure to provide a clear unboxing video may result in the rejection of any subsequent claims regarding damaged or missing goods.

If you choose to return or exchange a product under our established 15-Day Return Policy or Lifetime Exchange Policy, please note that the absolute cost of the reverse shipping must be borne solely by the client.

• Created Gems can arrange a fully insured reverse pickup on your behalf, and this shipping cost will be explicitly deducted from your final refund or exchange value.
