15-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Diamos.in (the "Website"). The Website is owned, managed, and operated by Created Gems, a partnership firm (hereinafter referred to as "Created Gems", "we", "us", or "our") with its principal office at K1/48, Lower Ground Floor, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi, India-110019. The Website functions as an e-commerce platform that allows users to browse, select, and purchase lab-grown diamond jewellery, moissanite, precious stones, precious metal jewellery, and related accessories (collectively, the "Products" or "Goods"). At Created Gems, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you envisioned. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 15-Day 100% Return and Exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.By making a purchase on our website, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. Any return or exchange requests made after this 15-day period will not be accepted under this 15-Day 100% Return and Exchange and the only option left with the client shall be to exchange the product & the same exchange shall be governed by the Exchange Policy. 

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, the item must strictly meet the following criteria:

• Pristine Condition: The jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn, unaltered, and pristine condition. It must show absolutely no signs of wear, scratches, or damage. We will inspect the jewellery for the same before processing the refund.
  
• Original Packaging & Documentation: The item must be returned complete with all original packaging, diamond certificates, appraisals, grading reports, security tags (still attached), and any other documentation provided at the time of sale.
  
• No Third-Party Modifications: The item must not have been resized, altered, engraved, or modified in any way by a third-party jeweler. Any such modifications immediately void the return policy.

Important Note: If a diamond certificate or grading report is not returned with the item, either the return/exchange will be denied or a replacement fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of re-certification.

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and due to the specialized nature of certain products, the following items are strictly exempt from our 15-day return, refund, or exchange policy and are considered Final Sale:

• Custom & Bespoke Jewelry: Any jewelry that has been custom-made, uniquely designed, or specially ordered for you.
• Personalized & Engraved Items: Any item that has been engraved or personalized in any way.
• Loose Diamonds: All sales of loose diamonds are final.
• Non-Diamond Gemstone Jewelry: Any jewelry piece featuring gemstones other than diamonds. This includes, but is not limited to, jewelry containing lab-grown emeralds, lab-grown yellow sapphires, lab-grown rubies, lab-grown blue sapphires, and any other colored gemstones.
• Any loose Coloured Gemstone: This includes, but is not limited to lab-grown emeralds, lab-grown yellow sapphires, lab-grown rubies, lab-grown blue sapphires, and any other colored gemstones.

Upon receiving your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will conduct a rigorous inspection.

• Created Gems reserves the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any return, refund, or exchange.
• If the item shows signs of wear, alteration, damage, or fails to meet any of the eligibility criteria listed in Section 2, the return will be rejected.
• In the event of a rejected return, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

To ensure a safe and trackable return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at contact@diamos.in or call +919599061619 within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return.
2. Package Securely: Place the jewelry, along with all original packaging, tags, and certificates, into the shipping box. Ensure the item is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping: For your peace of mind, Created Gems will organize a fully insured reverse shipment for your return. Please note that the cost of this return shipping is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. While customers may choose to arrange their own shipping and deliver the product to us themselves, we strongly advise against this. If an independent shipping method is used, Created Gems assumes zero responsibility or liability for any product that is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit.

• Once your return is received and successfully passes our Quality Assurance inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
• Please note that initial shipping costs, rush order fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount. 

If your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned along with the original jewelry piece. If the promotional item is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Created Gems reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your return or exchange rights. This policy and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
