The Website is owned, managed, and operated by Created Gems, a partnership firm (hereinafter referred to as "Created Gems", "we", "us", or "our") with its principal office at K1/48, Lower Ground Floor, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi, India-110019. At Created Gems, we occasionally extend exclusive promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers to our clientele to celebrate milestones and seasonal events. To maintain the integrity of our pricing, protect the value of our craftsmanship, and ensure a fair experience for all clients, all promotional offers, coupons, and discounted sales on Diamos.in are strictly governed by the comprehensive Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Certain items are strictly excluded from all promotional offers, sitewide sales, and discount codes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• Custom & Bespoke Orders: Any bespoke fabrication, custom-designed jewelry, or personalized pieces are completely exempt from promotional discounts.
• Loose Diamonds & Gemstones: Sales of loose lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and colored gemstones are strictly excluded from coupon codes.
• Online Exclusive: Promotional codes and offers displayed on Diamos.in are strictly applicable to online purchases made through the Website. They are not valid for, nor will they be honored during, in-person transactions at our physical retail showrooms.

• Official Channels Only: Created Gems will only honor promotional codes that are officially issued directly by us via our Website, official email communications, or authorized brand partners.
• Coupon Aggregators: We strictly do not honor unauthorized codes found on third-party coupon aggregator websites, browser extensions or affiliate scraping platforms. If an unauthorized code is applied due to a system glitch, Created Gems reserves the right to cancel the order immediately.

• Checkout Application: Promotional codes must be manually entered and successfully applied at the checkout page prior to completing the payment.
• No Retroactive Application: We strictly cannot and will not retroactively apply discounts, adjust pricing, or refund the price difference for orders that were placed without entering the cod.
• No Price Matching: Created Gems does not offer post-purchase price adjustments. If you purchase an item at full price and it subsequently goes on sale or is featured in a promotional offer at a later date, you are not entitled to a refund of the price difference.

• Subject to Acceptance: All orders placed utilizing a promotional offer are subject to strict product availability and formal acceptance by Created Gems. The receipt of an automated electronic order confirmation does not constitute our legal acceptance of your order or an offer to sell.
• While Supplies Last: All promotional offers are valid only while supplies last. We reserve the absolute right to withdraw an offer immediately once the allocated inventory is exhausted, without prior notice.

• Base Value Application: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional discounts apply strictly to the base retail value of the Product.
• Exclusions from Discount: The discount does not apply to applicable taxes (including GST), expedited shipping costs, insurance fees, or additional certification charges. These fees will be calculated and added to the final total after the promotional discount has been applied to the merchandise.

If you choose to cancel an order that was placed using a promotional offer within the initial 24-hour grace period, a flat 10% cancellation fee (calculated on the total order value) will be strictly deducted from your refund to cover administrative and financial processing liabilities. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to standard manufacturing deduction clauses (20% or the exact making charge, whichever is lower).

• Eligibility & Final Sale: Products purchased under specific flash sales, clearance offers, or highly discounted exclusive promotions may be designated as "Final Sale" and strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Refund Valuation: If a discounted product is eligible for a return and successfully passes our Quality Assurance inspection, the refund issued will be strictly limited to the actual discounted out-of-pocket price paid by the customer, minus any applicable return shipping or certification fees.
• Exchange Value: Exchange requests for items purchased during a promotion will be credited based strictly on the discounted amount paid, not the original retail value. 

If a promotional offer includes a "Free Gift," "Complimentary Accessory," or operates on a "Buy One Get One" structure, the complimentary item is legally bound to the primary purchase.

• In the event of a return or exchange of the primary product, the complimentary item must also be returned in its original, pristine condition, complete with all packaging.
• If the complimentary item is missing, worn, or not returned, its full standalone retail value will be explicitly deducted from your final refund amount. 

• Fraudulent Activity: Any misuse of offers, including creating multiple fake accounts to bypass single-use coupon limits, sharing non-transferable personalized codes, or exploiting system vulnerabilities, will result in the immediate cancellation of the order. Created Gems reserves the right to permanently restrict the offending user from utilizing the Website.
• System Glitches & Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a typographical error, technical glitch, or system malfunction that applies an incorrect, unintended, or mathematically impossible discount to an order, Created Gems reserves the absolute right to void the promotion, cancel the order, and issue a full refund of the amount paid, regardless of whether the order was previously confirmed.

Created Gems reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, alter the terms of, or completely terminate any promotional offer, discount code, or sale event at any time, without any prior notice.
