Order Cancellation Policy

The Website is owned, managed, and operated by Created Gems, a partnership firm (hereinafter referred to as "Created Gems", "we", "us", or "our") with its principal office at K1/48, Lower Ground Floor, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi, India-110019. The Website functions as an e-commerce platform that allows users to browse, select, and purchase lab-grown diamond jewellery, moissanite, precious stones, precious metal jewellery, and related accessories (collectively, the "Products" or "Goods"). At Created Gems, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and care. As an establishment dealing in high-end, made-to-order, and fine jewelry, our procurement and manufacturing processes are initiated rapidly to ensure timely delivery.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. To ensure complete transparency, all order cancellations on Diamos.in are strictly governed by the following policy:

1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours (The Grace Period)

We offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations, calculated from the exact timestamp of your order confirmation.

Standard Orders: Cancellations made within this 24-hour window are eligible for a free cancellation. However, please note that third-party payment gateway processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
EMI & Discounted Orders (Exceptions): Any order placed utilizing a promotional discount code or financed through an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facility is strictly exempt from the free cancellation clause. If an EMI or discounted order is canceled within the 24-hour window, a flat 10% cancellation fee (calculated on the total order value) will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and financial processing liabilities.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have elapsed since the order confirmation, the jewelry enters our active manufacturing and procurement phase. Because stones are cut, gold is melted, and bespoke fabrication begins, cancellations after this window incur substantial operational costs.

For any cancellation request received after the 24-hour mark, a deduction will be applied to your refund.
This deduction will be strictly calculated as either 20% of the total order value OR the exact Making Charges of the product whichever is lower.
The remaining balance will be processed as your refund.

3. Cancellation Process & Refund Timelines

How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be explicitly communicated in writing. Please email our support team at contact@diamos.in with your Order ID and cancellation request. Telephone requests must be followed up with an email confirmation to be considered valid.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to the original source of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the reversed funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

4. Created Gems' Right to Cancel

Created Gems reserves the sole right to cancel any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or the unavailability of specific lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, or materials. In the rare event that we must cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a 100% full refund will be issued without any deductions.
